Kapal Selam Diving Club Bali is a Bali SCUBA diving club based in the Island of God, Bali - Indonesia.
BEFORE READING FURTHER make a note of the following points:
1. WE are a club NOT a dive center- Our goals are maximum dives not maximum profits.
2. We have members and of course membership has it’s benefits BUT MANY of our events, promotions and SOMETIMES actual dives and dive trips are open to the public and even DIVE CENTERS who may wear their logos and engage in self promotion so PLEASE CHECK OUR SITE REGULARLY and ASK if YOU have a QUESTION.
Although we are not a diving center, we arrange some SCUBA diving trips regularly, usually on weekends. We like to coordinate in such a manner that the maximum number of our members can get away from their daily routine.
Of course diving is not the lowest price activity that Bali offers so we know that most of our members are busy with work or their business ventures. However some of us have achieved that magic fiscal achievement and are looking to escape from the office or cancel a business meeting and go for a dive or two.
What helps us coordinate is when a bunch of us who it may behoove us to focus on business or some other pursuit, simultaneously decide to post a “Blogger” which says effectively, “Hey guys I know it’s only Wednesday but I simply cannot wait until the weekend, who wants to go on a quick trip to _________ [Members suggestion HERE]”
Our club is non profit but since we extract 10% of the package cost of our adventures per member to be placed in a reserve fund for new regulators, and other diving equipment, gas for the boat or even to build up enough of a slush fund to lock in low price get away plane tickets to an exotic location, we need the maximum number of our members to talk to each other, SMS each other and post BLOGGERS.
By the way did we mention that the more of us that decide to do something mid week the higher the savings to our club and maximum benefit to our members? Please remember we need to communicate and articulate our ideas to each other so we can continually improve our diving experiences while lowering the cost per member. Otherwise, what is the point of having a club if we could each individually achieve better results than by working a group.
OK, enough of the lecture, I already psychically sense that the number of BLOGGERS and SMS messages between members will sky rocket this week to an unprecedented number…….LOL
Now Bali Scuba Diving Club has some important announcements for our members:
A new service we are offering is.
A diving trip that we arrange sometimes is also open for public SCUBA divers, but in some special diving trip occasion, we only arrange a Dive trip for members only.
Our SCUBA club is started by several founders who spent most week ends in one of the world famous dive site located at Tulamben village - East Bali.
The SCUBA diving club membership has grown not only for Bali based SCUBA divers but from another places as well.
The purpose of the club is to introduce Bali as one of the premiere dive sites in Indonesia and also help local people maintain the beauty of their sites. If you are new to scuba diving in Bali or even never did any single dive here before, we would be more than glad to help you, just contact us.
Our activity includes, but not limited to, new dive sites survey, social scuba diving and some charity purpose.
